WHAT IS THE SPACE LIKE?

The studio space is an open floor plan design with high ceilings, kitchenette, Wheelchair accessible bathroom, lounge area, and a bar seating area. The studio atmosphere is clean, contemporary, and comfortable. The floors are concrete with a beautiful gray color and glossy finish. This space also has a brand new HVAC unit for your comfort.

WHO IS THE STUDIO FOR?

Marla Rutherford’s Studio is approximately 1,000 square feet of modern studio space available for hourly, half or full day rentals. The studio is available to the general public for small events, business meetings, seminars, and to working photographers.

WHERE

The studio is located at 1300 Yellow Pine Avenue Unit B in North Boulder, Colorado. To the West of the studio is a short walk to Spruce Confections Coffee and Proto’s Pizza. To the East is a beautiful dog park where clients and their pets can get some fresh air.
