Bio
I’m a 6ft amazon that specializes in shooting advertising and editorial portraiture. My love for photography began in Boston where I got my Undergraduate degree at Boston University in Psychology. I spent my time in the darkroom and finally realized that photography was my calling. I moved to LA, received my BFA from the Art Center College of Design, and immediately began shooting for magazines and advertising agencies.
My work has been published in dozens of magazines, and displayed in multiple galleries in over a dozen countries. I’ve been a speaker on photography in numerous places, and even taught a lighting photo workshop in Luxembourg of all places.
Some of my commercial clients include ESPN Magazine, People, Time, FastCompany, Entertainment Weekly and World Wrestling Entertainment. My fine art work has been displayed in galleries such as Aperture in New York, Irvine Contemporary in DC, Galerie Clairefontaine in Luxembourg, Musee de l'Elysee in Switzerland and Galleria Carla Sozzani in Italy to name a few. I am currently represented by the Robert Berman Gallery in Los Angeles, California.
While Hollywood taught me a lot very quickly, it never felt like home. So after 10 years I decided it was time to move from L.A. back to Boulder, Colorado to raise my family. I travel quite a bit for work, but now live in a place where I can shoot in all four seasons and ski the Rockies.
